Is Langham a fit?

Most relationships start with the AI Value Sprint: thirty days to a prioritized, CFO-grade roadmap and a working proof of your #1 opportunity, on your own data.

(01) · The promise

The Sprint stands on its own.

The roadmap, the business cases, and a working proof running on your own data are yours to keep whether or not we ever work together again. That’s a promise about the artifact, and it holds unconditionally.

(02) · Fit

Fit is a different question.

Here’s what we look for.

(01) Scale
Mid-market companies, typically $100M to $1B in revenue. Enough operating income to fund the work, and enough volume that a point of margin is real money.
(02) Ambition
You believe technology could be a genuine differentiator in how you grow and operate, not a cost line to trim.
(03) Access
You’ll let us talk to the people who do the work, not only the people who describe it, and you’ll make the data available. Discovery is the product.
Not a fit
If what you want is one thing you can already name (a connector, an integration, one automation), that’s a build. A good build shop will do it faster and for a fraction of this, and we’ll introduce you to one.
Start with an hour, not an engagement

Start with an hour.

The first step isn’t a proposal. It’s a conversation: an hour on your business, where AI would pay, and what it would take. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
