Privacy policy

This page covers what Langham collects through langham.ai and through our text messages, what we do with it, and who else sees it. The short version: we collect what we need to reply to you and to run what you signed up for. We don’t sell it, and we never share your mobile number or text opt-in for anyone’s marketing.
What we collect
- The contact form. Your name, email, company, and message, plus your phone number and how you heard about us if you add them. Our form provider, Web3Forms, delivers the submission to our inbox.
- Text messages. If you opt in to texts from us, your mobile number, your opt-in and opt-out, and the messages we exchange. The SMS terms cover how that program works.
- Site traffic. We count visits with Plausible, which sets no cookies and doesn’t follow you across other sites.
- Server logs. Our host, Fly.io, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested) for security and operations.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it serves them.
How we use it
To reply to you, to send the texts you opted in to, to run and secure the site, and to see which pages are useful. That’s it. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other kind of sharing described on this page. Our messaging provider, Twilio, processes your number and messages only to deliver them.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that run the site and our messages (Fly.io, Web3Forms, Twilio, Plausible and Google Fonts), and only to do that job. We’d also disclose information if the law required it. Nobody else.
If you’re a client
Data you give us during an engagement is covered by our agreement with you, not by this page.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay as long as they’re useful to the conversation. Text message records stay while the program runs, or as long as the law requires. Ask us and we’ll delete what we have about you.
Your choices
- Email glenn@langham.ai to see, correct, or delete what we have about you.
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop them.
Children
The site isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
