SMS terms

These terms cover Langham Approvals, the text message program Langham runs. By opting in, you agree to them.
What the program sends
Decision requests about Langham operations (for example, a request to approve a booking) and confirmations of the replies you send. Nothing else. No marketing, and no messages to anyone who hasn’t opted in.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting START to the program number from your own mobile phone. Nobody is added without doing that.
How often
Message frequency varies with activity. Usually a few messages a day, sometimes none.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Langham doesn’t charge for the messages.
Stopping
Reply STOP at any time to stop. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Delivery
Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We don’t share your mobile number or opt-in data with any third party for marketing. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
